Yes. I'm using IFX4.x and it's a sinch. All you do is load an anim
into the Layer Manager, use the convert to CMAP function (if needed)
and save as a GIF. Whilst in the Layer Manager, you can set delay
timings for individual frames, process, resize and set the
transparency etc.
